Refund policy

At Relinx, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

After your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1 to 5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
